Usage
Purpose
MyMenu is a program which allows you to take custom theme packages, called Mym files, from the internet and create CSM files, which can be installed onto your Wii via MyMenuify. This means that you can install custom themes, often called skins, onto your Wii. MyMenu also allows the creation of your own custom themes, through the creation of MyScripts or by Creating_Themes_using_the_Beginner_Package.
Create a CSM file
To create a csm file for use with MyMenuify, you will need:
- A 000000XX.app file
- A Mym file
- Any images files which the Mym may request from you. Most themes do not require images.
Simply run the program and follow the prompts. See Installing Themes from MyScripts for a step by step breakdown.
Scripting
MyMenu requires the creation of .mym files. MyScripts (.mym files) are simply zip files renamed, which contain a mym.ini text file in the root directory. They can also contain images, to be used by the MyScript in the creation of a csm, which can be used on your Wii. Mym files are completely legal in nature, and thus are subject to no copyright violations excpeting the unfair use of copyright protected images contained within.
